Aap ka kaam hoga:
- Naye sponsors aur partners ke liye research aur outreach
- Sponsorship decks aur proposals tayar karna
- Meetings, calls aur follow-ups manage karna
- Existing partners ke sath relationship maintain karna
- Events, giveaways ya campaigns ke liye brand onboarding
- Reporting aur ROI analysis dena marketing team ko
Humay chahiye:
- Minimum Matric (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Communication aur negotiation strong ho
- Basic proposal making aur email writing aani chahiye
- Branding aur influencer culture ka understanding ho
- 1 week ka trial hoga
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 75,000

Joytox is hiring a creative & business-driven Sponsorship Manager to secure brand partnerships, manage outreach and pitch potential sponsors for campaigns and influencer tie-ups.
This role is perfect for communicators who love pitching, managing deals, and building long-term commercial value.
Responsibilities:
- Research & reach out to potential sponsors & partners
- Prepare professional decks, proposals and emails
- Conduct meetings, video calls, and presentations
- Maintain strong relations with ongoing partners
- Help onboard sponsors for events, tournaments or ads
- Collaborate with marketing for ROI tracking & reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong English/Urdu communication & writing
- Confidence in pitching & presenting ideas
- Understanding of digital branding & influencer space
- 1-week trial will be conducted
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 75,000
