- Performance reports aur warnings waghera issue karna
- Employee data (CNIC, salary, attendance, behavior) secure rakhna
- Re-location policies aur medical claims handle karna
Humay chahiye:
- Minimum Matric (Intermediate or above preferred)
- Communication, documentation aur Excel pe acha command
- Systematic aur organized soch zaroori hai
- Experience optional, lekin dedication aur control hona chahiye
- 1-week trial hoga

Joytox is hiring a structured and responsible HR Manager to lead hiring, training, and staff management across all departments.
This role requires someone who can think systematically, manage employee records, and ensure smooth team operations.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and post job descriptions as per department needs
- Handle candidate screening, interviewing & onboarding
- Maintain trial evaluations and final approval sheets
- Track performance, issue feedback or warnings if needed
- Maintain full staff database: CNIC, salary, leaves, attendance
- Support relocation logistics, medical & documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric (FA/BA preferred)
- Must be organized, with good record-keeping and follow-up ability
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills
- 1-week trial before confirmation
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 75,000
