Joytox ko chahiye aik friendly aur responsible Host Coordinator jo naye hosts ko guide kare, unka trial conduct kare aur unki performance ko monitor kare.
Yeh post un logon ke liye hai jo voice room culture ko samajhtay hain aur logon ke sath achi communication rakh sakte hain.
Aap ka kaam hoga:
- New hosts ko Joytox ke system se introduce karna
- Trial schedule karna aur unka performance review lena
- Unko rules, ranks, coins & earning ka structure samjhana
- Regular check-ins lena, queries solve karna
- Performance sheets aur weekly status report banana
- Hosting se related complaints forward karna aur resolve karwana
Humay chahiye:
- Minimum Matric (FA preferred)
- Friendly communication style aur soft attitude
- Voice room ya online events ka experience ho to plus point
- Google Sheet/Docs pe basic kaam ana chahiye
- 1 week ka trial hoga
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 75,000

Joytox is looking for a supportive and engaging Host Coordinator to guide new voice room hosts, manage their onboarding, and monitor their journey.
This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills and a basic understanding of virtual hosting or community platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and onboard new Joytox voice hosts
- Guide them about ranks, coins, gift earning system
- Schedule and monitor their trial performance
- Handle their queries, issues, and feedback
- Maintain weekly reports & follow up on inactive hosts
- Forward hosting-related complaints to moderation or HR
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric (Intermediate preferred)
- Friendly, soft-spoken, and professional behavior
- Experience with voice/chat rooms is a bonus
- Must know how to work with Sheets and Docs
- 1-week trial will be conducted
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 75,000
