JOYTOX ko chahiye aik dedicated aur responsible COO (Chief Operating Officer) jo app ke daily operations ko smoothly manage kare aur har department ke darmiyan proper coordination ensure kare. Aap kaam sirf tab karenge jab aapko specific task assign kiya jaye ga – koi fix timing nahi hai.
Agar aap ek aise bande hain jo khud se ideas la kar execution tak le ja sakta hai, team ko handle kar sakta hai aur pressure mein bhi focus lose nahi karta – to yeh role aapke liye hai.
Aap ka kaam hoga:
- Har department (content, tech, design, support waghera) ke beech communication aur progress sync karwana
- CEO ke vision ko execution mein lana
- Targets set karna aur un ka result monitor karna
- Reporting aur analysis manage karna
- Internal processes ko streamline karna

We’re hiring a highly responsible and self-driven COO (Chief Operating Officer) to manage day-to-day operations of Joytox and maintain seamless coordination between departments.
This is a task-based remote job — no fixed working hours. You’ll work only when assigned a goal or milestone. If you’re someone with ideas, leadership instincts, and execution ability — this job is for you!
Responsibilities include:
- Daily sync between all departments (Content, Tech, Support, etc.)
- Turn the CEO’s vision into real-world execution
- Set KPIs and monitor results
- Manage reporting & analysis
- Streamline internal workflow processes
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric education
- Experience not mandatory, but leadership mindset is crucial
- Able to work responsibly from home
- 1 week trial, then final approval
- Must have strong communication & strategic planning skills
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 75,000
