Joytox ko chahiye smart aur responsive Chat Support Agents jo users ki queries ka foran jawab dein, wallet, gifts aur login issues solve karein — har waqt 24/7 shift rotation ke sath.
Yeh post un logon ke liye hai jo typing fast kar lete hain, politely baat karte hain aur har user ko samajhne ki koshish karte hain.
Aap ka kaam hoga:
- Joytox app ke users se real-time chat support
- Login issues, gift delays, wallet problems handle karna
- FAQs ke zariye users ko guide karna
- Har shift mein daily report banana
- Aggressive ya toxic users ko politely handle karna
- Night shifts bhi include ho sakti hain (rotation based)
Humay chahiye:
- Minimum Matric (Intermediate preferred)
- Typing speed achi ho, polite communication zaroori hai
- Internet aur mobile app ka use aata ho
- Calm & solution-based thinking
- 1-week ka trial hoga
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 75,000

Joytox is hiring responsive and polite Chat Support Agents to help users with real-time support across wallet, login, and gift issues.
The role is ideal for fast-typers, calm listeners, and solution-focused minds who can handle rotating shifts (including nights).
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming live chats from users
- Solve issues related to accounts, login, coins & rewards
- Use FAQs and tools to guide users politely
- Write short shift-wise support reports
- Handle angry or frustrated users with empathy
- Work on rotation-based schedule (24/7 support system)
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric (Intermediate preferred)
- Good typing & English/Urdu communication
- Patience, clarity & problem-solving nature
- App usage knowledge
- 1-week trial will be conducted
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 75,000
