1. Digital Goods Are Final Sale All in-app purchases, including but not limited to gold coins, clan funds, rank boosts, and legacy chests, are considered final and non-refundable. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred outside the platform.

2. Subscriptions If JoyTox introduces subscription-based features, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s app store settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but the current subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Unauthorized transactions (proof required)
• Technical issues resulting in non-delivery of purchased items
• Duplicate charges

Refunds will be issued at JoyTox’s sole discretion and may require verification. To request a refund, email joytoxofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund Send your refund request to joytoxofficial@gmail.com with the following details:
Registered email address

• Date and time of the transaction
• Description of the issue
• Screenshot of the receipt

5. Third-Party App Store Policies If your payment was processed via a third-party app store (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store), you must follow their refund process. JoyTox does not have the ability to issue refunds through third-party billing systems.

6. Account Termination Due to Violations Users who are suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines are not eligible for refunds.

7. Policy Updates We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
