1. Digital Services Nature

All Joytox services are digital and virtual. No physical goods are sold.
2. Subscription Cancellation
If Joytox offers any paid subscription, premium feature, or in-app purchase:
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time
- Cancellation will stop future billing
- Already paid amounts are not refundable for the current billing period unless stated otherwise
3. Earnings & Task Cancellation
- Tasks once started cannot be canceled midway
- Completed tasks cannot be reversed
- Coins or earnings earned through completed tasks remain final
If a task is canceled by Joytox due to policy violations, fraudulent activity, or system abuse:
- Earnings from that task may be voided
- The decision will be final
4. Account Cancellation
Users may request account cancellation at any time.
Upon account cancellation:
- All user data may be permanently deleted
- Remaining coins or rewards may be forfeited
- Re-registration may not restore previous earnings

5. No Refund Policy (Default)
Unless explicitly mentioned:
- Joytox does not offer refunds
- All digital services are provided “as-is”
- Accidental purchases are the user’s responsibility
6. Fraud & Policy Violations

- Suspend or terminate access
- Cancel rewards or earnings
