If you no longer wish to use Joytox, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
What happens when your account is deleted
When you request deletion:
- All your profile information (name, username, email, photos, etc.) will be permanently deleted.
- Your posts, likes, followers, and coins will be removed from our database.
- You will lose access to your Joytox account permanently.
- Your data will be completely deleted from our servers within 30 days of receiving your request.
How to request account deletion
To delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to joytoxofficial@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request – Joytox”
- Include the following details in your email:
- Your registered email address or username
- Reason for account deletion (optional)

Processing Time
- It may take up to 30 days to fully remove your account and data.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
