5. In-App Purchases and Rewards JoyTox may offer in-app purchases including virtual goods, rank upgrades, gold coins, and access to premium features. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. You agree that virtual goods have no monetary value outside of the Platform.

6. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to JoyTox at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties JoyTox is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoyTox and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
